Display the camera positions on the model

An impressive and overlooked feature of Imagemaster is the facility to
superimpose the camera positions AND a snapshot of each image used to make up a stereo
pair. This feature even displays the amount of camera rotation and makes
visualisation of ovelap evident.

To enable this in the MODEL screen, go to the object list on the left hand column and
under the SYSTEM menu item, tick the option "Camera Network"
