1. If the three pieces (iron, wood, stone) inside the vertical roller mill cause great vibration and cannot be eliminated during operation, stop the vibrating vertical roller mill and wait for the temperature in the vertical roller mill to drop below 50°C. Contact the maintenance personnel to open the manhole of the coal pulverizer to inspect and clean the three pieces of the coal pulverizer;

2. Under the premise of ensuring the outlet temperature of the vertical roller mill, adjust the primary air flow at the inlet of the vertical roller mill to meet the air-to-coal ratio curve of the vertical roller mill;

3. If the grinding roller of the coal pulverizer is severely worn, an overhaul of the faulty coal pulverizer should be arranged to replace the severely worn roller;
