    Whether your printer is not printing, showing offline or if you are facing any other with your HP printer, HP Print and Scan can fix it all for you. Below we have mentioned how you can use the tool on your device and fix your printer offline issue.
    Download the HP printer and scan the doctor from the HP support website.
    Run the HPPSdr.exe file from the downloaded folder and install it.
    When the HP printer and scan doctor opens, click on Start.
    Now you need to select your printer model.
    If you can’t see your printer name listed, click on Retry.
    If you see a printer connection problem, follow the instructions on your screen to fix it.
    You will get a prompt to install the latest updates if they are not installed already. Click on Yes and then continue.
    If you receive the prompt to set your printer as default, then select Yes and then continue.
    The HP print and scan doctor will inform you of all the problems with your HP printer and you can fix it by following the prompt on your screen.
