    IM Pro - it is not possible to use the "hand" tool to pan the zoomed in view when measuring tie points in the orientation screen

    Agreed.

    The scroll wheel will pan vertically in the active window but pan isn't functional.

    I don't use pan as I tend to navigate using the "whole image" view and the clicking the area I want to focus on in my zoomed tie-point measuring view.

    Was the Pan function in Orientation something you used a lot in PI-3000?

    I definitly used the pan function a lot in PI-3000. The shourt cut 'M' key (?) was also very useful and made polyline drawing much faster.
